We collect only what we need to answer you.

When you send an enquiry, request an appraisal or subscribe to our newsletter we store the name, email address and phone number you give us, together with anything you write in the message. We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside Root Realtors except where the law requires it.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as we are working with you and for two years afterwards, so we can pick up where we left off. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you ask us to stop.

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Write to the address on our contact page and we will act within thirty days.

This site sets a small number of cookies. They exist only to keep an administrator signed in to the private console; there is no advertising or third-party tracking on this site.
